I spoke with B&W about the B&W Heavy-Duty Trailer Hitch Receiver part # BWHDRH25198 and they informed me that the distance between the mounting holes left to right is 37-1/8".

So it says it fits on a 34 inch frame , not likely if the holes are 37 1/2 apart.

@Kevin that's a great question! The 37-1/8" measurement is the distance between the hitch's mounting holes, not the frame width the hitch is designed to fit. The # BWHDRH25198 is designed to fit a 34" wide truck frame and the mounting brackets extend outward from the frame rails, which is why the mounting hole spacing is wider than the frame itself. Are you trying to install this on a truck with a 34" frame or are you measuring the mounting hole spacing on your existing hitch?

34 inch wide frames are pretty common for cab and chassis vehicles. For a hitch that fits that dimension we have the #C15800 which sits down 7 inches from where it attaches to the truck frame. This would be the best option we have.
