I have a 2003 e 450 motorhome Need hitch for it, with at least 500 or more tongue weight

The best option we have for a 2003 Ford E-450 Cab and Chassis is the B&W Heavy-Duty Trailer Hitch Receiver part # BWHDRH25198 which has a 1,600 lb tongue weight capacity so it will be plenty for your needs. That said, there are no exact fit trailer hitches for a motorhome so what you need to do is make sure the body doesn't hang down more than 5" below the bottom of the frame and that the frame rails are 34" apart outside to outside.

34 inch wide frames are pretty common for cab and chassis vehicles. For a hitch that fits that dimension we have the #C15800 which sits down 7 inches from where it attaches to the truck frame. This would be the best option we have.
