The difference in the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit part # BWGNRK1108 and part # BWGNRK1111 is what vehicles they fit.
Part # BWGNRK1108 is designed for the 1999-2010 Ford F-250, F-350 and F-450's and part # BWGNRK1111 is designed for the 2011-2016 Ford F-250, F-350 and F-450's without the OEM Prep Package.
Both are designed with the same center section and can be paired with the B&W companion Fifth Wheel with part # BWGNRK1108-5W and part # BWGNRK1111-5W.
