Typically converting a mobile home axle is a challenge, but the drawing you provided shows that your spindle uses an # LM67048 outer bearing and # 25580 inner bearing. These are both fairly common bearing sizes, so there is an available solution. To replace the hubs you can use the Dexter # 8-201-5UC3, which has the same inner and outer bearing, so it will fit on your spindles. These hubs have a 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern, so if you don't already have wheels with that pattern you can use the Kenda Karrier ST235/85R16 Radial Trailer Tire with 16" Black Mod Wheel - 6 on 5-1/2 - LR E # AM35010
Where you might run into trouble here is adding brakes for the trailer, since most motorhome axles don't have brake mounting flanges on them. If you do have brake mounting flanges present, you can use the Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting - 12" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 5.2K to 7K # AKEBRK-7-SA, which are a self adjusting brake assembly that will fit in those drums. These brake assemblies will only fit on 5 bolt brake mounting flanges Since these brake assemblies don't come with mounting hardware you'll want to use the # BRKH12 to install the brakes on the hubs.
If you don't have brake mounting flanges, I've linked our entire selection of mounting flanges for you; these will need to be welded on by a certified welder who has experience with trailer axles since there is a particular jig that is required to properly install these on your spindles. Once you've added those, you can use the above mentioned brakes for your trailer and those hubs.
I've also linked some review and installation videos of these parts for you to have a look at.
