Recommended 3/4 Bike Rack for 2020 Subaru Crosstrek with Hatch Access

Question:
Hello Looking for suggestions on the best hitch bike rack that can hold 3 bikes for a 2020 subaru crosstrek the dealership where I purchased my car only installs Thule and it holds 2 bikes only It is preferred that access to the trunk is allowed without having to remove/reattach the bike rack each time thanks in advance for your prompt response

In order to carry three or more bikes on a 2020 Subaru Crosstrek you will need to install a class III trailer hitch receiver, the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e98912 is what I recommend since the hidden cross tube won't reduce ground clearance. The Saris Freedom 4 Bike Platform Rack part # SA4414B is an excellent option that can be tilted away from the vehicle with the bikes attached for hatch access. It also comes with a space for an extra bike if needed.
