Do you know if the LC227214 will fit the baggage compartment of the below travel trailer? The metal part on the inside of the current latch broke in 2 pieces. 2017 Starcraft Launch Ultra Lite 24RLS

The specific part number you mentioned has been discontinued, and there are no fits for baggage door slam latches for specific trailers, but to replace your Lippert slam latch you can use the Global Link RV Baggage Door Slam Latch with Keyed Alike Option # 295-000078.
To add keys you will need part # 295-000079. Additionally, if your mounting plate was potentially damaged and you need a mounting plate as well the correct part depends on the thickness of your baggage door. If it is a maximum of 1-1/4 inch thick you need Global Link Mounting Plate # 295-000017; for doors that are more than 1-1/4 inch thick you need the Global Link Mounting Plate # 295-000016.
