Question:

I am looking for a master cylinder replacement for a atwood surge brake actuator, I noticed you have the entire actuator assembly of the same model but mine is welded to trailer might have been custom and yours is bolt on, appreciate any help thank you.

There is no longer a replacement for that particular master cylinder. Atwood is out of business and Demco did acquire the coupler part of their business, but have not made replacement parts for older couplers.

The closest option we have to replace your Atwood 82543 actuator is part # DM72VR. However, it doesn't have the lockout like your Atwood does. To add a lockout and shield use # DM5836. It wires into the reverse light circuit on your trailer through the trailer connector.

I realize you have a custom welded housing but unfortunately we don't have the ability to replace parts in your current coupler.
