I have a 2017 Ford F150 short bed truck with a goose neck hitch. I have tight clearance with the standard ball location now. What is the offset of this hitch?

The Demco Recon Gooseneck-to-5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter # DM8550045 that you referenced has an offset of 3 inches which would give you 3 more inches of turning clearance than what you have now.
