In order to lift your Keystone Cougar 29RES I recommend using this Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit part # K71-384-00 for 2-3/8" diameter axles. This is the most cost effective option we offer to lift a trailer and it is a very popular one at that. The installation process is fairly straightforward and the system works well for a lot of different trailers. This kit will lift the trailer the diameter of the axle added to the height of the leaf spring stack.

Please keep in mind that this option only works for you if your leaf springs are below the axle. If they are above then you would need to remove the leaf spring hangers and installed taller ones which I have attached a list of for you.
