How do you remove trim piece to access mounting holes

The outer trim pieces on the Jensen RV Stereo # JWM60A (which is the same as your JWM62A model) are simply pressed into place and secured with the integrated tabs. To remove them you will just locate the small notch on the side of the trim (see attached picture) and use a flat head screwdriver to gently pry the panel away from the stereo.
Once the side panels are removed you will have access to the mounting hardware.
