Anyone who has hooked up to the water at a campground knows what can come out of those lines: sediment, chlorine, and fine particles that slip through standard RV filters. The AR3 filters that water in three stages:

Hard water leaves mineral deposits behind inside plumbing, fixtures, and appliances. The included portable water softener reduces hardness before it reaches your RV, helping prevent scale buildup throughout your water system. The resin recharges with ordinary table salt, so you can keep using the softener trip after trip.
Water pressure isn't the same at every campground. Some spigots deliver more pressure than your RV's plumbing was designed to handle. The included stainless steel pressure regulator connects using standard 3/4" garden hose threads and controls incoming pressure before it reaches your RV. The regulator is factory preset to 45 psi and adjusts from 0 to 160 psi. It includes a dual-layer inlet screen that helps keep sediment out of your plumbing while maintaining a flow rate of 2 to 4 gallons per minute.
One campground spigot often has to do more than one job. The included stainless steel splitter connects using standard 3/4" garden hose threads and gives you three independently controlled outlets, so you can run your filtration system while still having connections available for another hose, filling a bucket, or other campsite tasks. Each outlet rotates 270° to make hose connections easier in tight spaces.
The system includes one 25' stainless steel hose and two 5' stainless steel hoses with standard 3/4" garden hose connections for flexible campsite hookups. The stainless steel braid resists kinks and abrasion while helping the hoses route through storage compartments and wet bays without restricting water flow.
When the campground spigot is your only water source, the AR3 Elite sets up between the faucet and your RV. Instead of a fixed installation under the sink, the system connects between any standard pressurized campground water source and your RV. The outlet hose connects directly to your RV's standard city water inlet, just like any other campground hookup. When you're done, the AR3 and included accessories pack into the storage case until the next stop.

The delivery was on time and the system arrived in good state . I was able to install and have the system working in a short period of time.
Easy set up and breakdown. So far the water has been great. No noticeable drop in pressure.
I just got the AR3 system installed. Everything I needed to set it up was included in the boxes. I just followed the instruction on pamphlets. I flushed the system as instructed and will add to this post after I have a chance tob use the filtration and water softener system for a while.
planning big trip (3 months) out west unsure of water so thought should upgrade from the standard hose end filter and add softener as well as always package arrived quickly and damage free, set up a breeze, flushed system for 5 min then filled onboard water tank, rearrangement of storage area and all parts fit nicely have not used it on the road yet only a fill on site , removed from storage to test ability to set up quickly and about 7 min ready to filter water. will review again after use.
