Campground hookups can carry sediment, chlorine, and grit that standard RV filters miss. The TRIO's three-stage filter system makes that water safe to drink straight from your tap, and it actually tastes good.
Anyone who has hooked up to the water at a campground knows what can come out of those lines - sediment, chlorine, even bacteria and viruses that slip through standard RV filters. The TRIO solves that with three stages of protection:
The carbon block filter removes the compounds that can make water smell and taste bad. It takes away the swampy odor from a holding tank or even the chlorine smell from treated lines. You won't have to choke down water that tastes terrible, you get something you'll actually want to drink from the tap.
RV storage space is always tight. Traditional systems with 10" filters take up room and add weight. The TRIO uses 5" filters, so it's small enough to mount under a sink, in a wet bay, or even a van build. Setup is simple with pre-installed 1/2" PEX fittings that tie straight into your RV's water lines. The included mounting bracket holds the filter so it stays put while you travel.

Hi everyone. Steven here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking together at our Glow Blue Tech Trio RV Water Filter System. It's a three stage fixed mount with a 0.2 micron filtration. So folks, this again is a three stage inline water filter for use in your RVs and campers. And you could simply hook on a half inch PEX line to the ends and that would give you the hookup you need for your RV and camper.
And you get three different filters in here and they are labeled. You got longevity 0.2 micron and tasty. And this comes with a nice blue mount. And as you can see, you've got nine holes here on the back. Overall end to end, I got 15 and one quarter inches long.
On a height counting the very top of the bracket to the ground, I got nine and a half inches tall. And as far as the overall length and everything on this bracket, I got 12 and a half inches overall on a length. And then center to center on them screw holes where you're gonna mount it 10 and three eighth inches on center. So you have lots of space here to, you know, if you didn't get this perfectly straight to put that on. And then kind of wiggle a little bit if you need to.
But mount it should be a breeze. And then of course you get the tool here included to take off these rings that hold the filters in place. Simply put it in the hole, unscrew the ring, and once you've got it loosened, you can take it all the way off. And then you could replace the filters whenever it's time for them to be replaced. And there again are three different ones.
We sell these separately as a kit for replacing them. You can find them separately here at etrailer.com. And they just simply go right down inside of here, match up to that little spot on the bottom. Same thing here on the top. I found that when you're replacing these, you do have to kinda hold everything in line really, really straight to get 'em started. When this is mounted in place, I'm sure it's gonna be a lot easier for you because it'll be held, you know, tight against the wall and those kind of things. But once you get it started, it's pretty simple. The ring just goes right back tight, hand tight. Take your little tool here again, finish it off to tighten it, and then you're good to go. So again folks, this is a great option for you. It does have the pre-installed PEX fittings that are going to give you easy access for hooking it up. And this again gives you the mounting bracket and everything you need to start so you can have filtered water. And these filters last about three to four months, depending on the turbidity of your water. And these canisters are polycarbonate canisters, but everything else is stainless steel. The whole thing empty is lightweight, about 9.4 pounds. And the operating pressure on this unit is 45 to 70 PSI max. Well folks that will wrap it up for our quick look together at this go Blue Tech Trio RV water filtration system. I'm Steven. Thanks for watching.
