Is Thule DockGrip kayak carrier, using T-track, possible to mount on Yakima JetStream cross bar using T-slot? Technically, are T-track and T-slot accessories interchangeable?

The Thule DockGrip Kayak and SUP Carrier with Tie-Downs part # TH895 is perfectly compatible with the Yakima JetStream Crossbars like part # Y00426. Like you said T-track and T-slot and the other track mounted accessories are interchangeable among the main manufacturers.

On occasion the tee portion of the T-slot bolt of the accessory but it can be filed down slightly to fit into your slot. It is generally only a 1/16" that makes the difference.
