I see the PD4045KA comes pre wired with 2 30 amp red wires and 10 20 amb black wires installed. What is the size of the 2 red wires and what is the size of the 10 black wires?

All of the wiring at the back of the Progressive Dynamics Mighty Mini # PD4045KA that you referenced is 10 gauge.

The Progressive Dynamics Mighty Mini AC/DC Panel and Converter/Smart Charger #PD4045KA is actually the same unit as the PD4045KV. The KV is just an alternate part number for the same unit so this is the one that you want for a replacement.
