I bought a new 2017 keystone hideout trailer the awning is starting to rot at the rail channel just wondering. About the warranty I have a cover on the trailer when I’m not using it thanks

The fabric of the Solera 12V XL Power RV Awning # LCV000334966-362243 that you referenced has a 5 year warranty, the roller has a 1 year warranty, and the electric components also have a 1 year warranty.
