Question:

hi where is the fuse located I do not have a fuse box under hood but I do have relay which one out of the three is it? Thanks 2003 f350 7.3l trailer left and right turns signals not working as well as running lights not workin

The fuse panel is located below and to the left of the steering wheel by the brake pedal. Here are the trailer fuses and relays based on the owner's manual:

6 20A* Trailer tow turn/stop relay
38 20A* Trailer tow park lamps
39 15A* Trailer tow back-up lamps
101 30A** Trailer tow electric brake
115 20A** Trailer tow battery charge
305 — Trailer tow battery charge relay

I recommend using a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to test your wiring if replacing fuses and relays doesn't solve your issue.
