Wobble with the Hollywood Racks RV Rider 2 Bike Platform Rack for E-Bikes part # HLY64FR

Question:

Hello, I have installed the bike rack on the rear of my 5th wheel, as best I can determine based on the instructions. However I am getting a wobble that appears to be between the plastic sleeve and the tubing in the main pivot arm area.. The instructions seem to show the plastic sleeve in place but now I am wondering if perhaps it should not be there? What do you recommend? Thanks!

The plastic peices are right where you want them. These will eliminate the play and noise we see in alot of the racks that do not have them. Your wobble is something I see a lot when bike racks like the Hollywood Racks RV Rider Bike Platform Rack for E-Bikes part # HLY64FR. It is a simple solution. Just tighten the main pivot bolt down a little bit more and retest until it get to the point you're looking for. This can be re done several times over the years to make sure it stays nice and tight.
