In the video you use the long bracketfoot to help attach the part above. Which long bracket is that? Part number?

The bracket you're wanting to use is the # 18136 from Tow Ready. This bracket uses a pipe clamp to attach to the hitch crossbar, as you don't want to put any holes in the hitch crossbar and weaken it. I've linked to a demonstration video showing how the bracket works.
