Will Dexter Axle Brake Assembly 23-468-469 with Single Spring Work for 2020 Model Camper

My 2020 camper has a brake that looks just like this one. I’m going to replace them because of an accidental emergency break-away switch getting activated for several miles and burned up the brakes. Every website selling replacement brakes assemblies have a tan covered magnet and two springs at the top, including Dexter’s website, except you guys. Yours looks just like mine. Why are the new Dexter replacements with two springs and tan magnet and yours still has one spring and grey magnet? I’m assuming Dexter has already upgraded these since my 2020 camper, and everyone else has too, but you have not?

Dexter Axle actually has a new design (July 2020) for their brake assemblies and they moved to the single spring and gray magnets like what you see with the part # 23-468-469 you're looking at. I checked with our photo department and the double spring is the previous design.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
