The Dutton-Lainson Keel Roller # DL21712 measurement on end is 3-1/2" and the middle measures at 2-1/2". I attached a video below that discusses the Keel Roller further.

What is the difference between the The Dutton-Lainson Keel Roller # DL21712 and the Yates Rubber Boat Trailer Parts - YR8000 and the Yates Rubber Boat Trailer Parts - YR8244-105EC? They all look the same and have the same dimensions.

The Dutton-Lainson # DL21712 is basically the same as the Yates # YR8244-105EC with the difference being the manufacturer. The Yates # YR8000 has a wider "cut out" in the middle which is the only difference.
