I am completely lost. Can you please advise what parts I will need to safely tow a 2004 GMC Envoy 4wd? And is this particular tow bar heavy enough fo Envoy? Thank you.

It sounds like you're looking for a cost-effective kit for flat towing your 2004 GMC Envoy. In addition to the Blue Ox Adventurer Tow Bar # BX7322 (which is rated high enough for your Envoy if you don't load it up with cargo) you'll need the following:
Blue Ox Base Plate Kit - # BX1709
Blue Ox Safety Cables - # BX88196
Magnetic Tow Lights - # TL21RK
Blue Ox Braking System - # BLU37TR
This includes all of the equipment you need to flat tow your Envoy.
