How To Convert a 4-Way On a 2011 Ford Expedition To a 7-Way Trailer Connector

Question:

I have a 2011 expedition with factory 4 way trailer wiring. Do you have a kit to make it into 7 way? Everything I seen said for factory 7 way replacement, plug in style. Mine is hardwired in a harness, no plug.

In order to convert the 4-way trailer connector on a 2011 Ford Expedition into a 7-way trailer connector all you will need is the Adapter 4-Pole to 7-Pole and 4-Pole part # 37185. The two 4-ways will plug into one another then you'll need to make a few more connections which can be found outlined in the photo below.
