Is Solera Awning Head Opposite of Power Head on Awning Setup

Question:
Is the idler head on the opposite side as the awning motor? Does the idler head come with the rod to hold it to the awning roller? I think mine is bent. Do you have a replacement?

The idler head is the head opposite of the head with the motor on your Solera RV awning setup. The part # LC672052 is the correct replacement for that.
