Trailer Wiring Harness for 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander GT without Tow Package

Question:
the trailer does NOT have LED lights... but the vehicle does.... is there a problem with this configuration? I was also told that the vehicle does NOT have the trailer pre wiring that usually comes with the towing package..... will this work for the installation? Thank you.

The Curt trailer wiring harness part # C56189 that you referenced is a confirmed fit for your 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander with LED taillights and is the correct kit to use since you don't have the factory tow package.
