Features to know about

Built to Tow Big Without the Bulk: 14,000-lb Capacity

Heavy trailers can test any hitch, but this one handles serious loads without weighing down your rig. The 2-5/16" ball is rated for 14,000 lbs, and the 2" ball takes on 10,000 lbs. You also get a 2,000-lb maximum tongue weight capacity. The aluminum body keeps it light while the stainless-steel balls bring the muscle. It’s strong where it counts yet easy to handle when swapping setups.

Keeps Your Trailer Level: 4" Drop or 4" Rise

A level trailer means smoother towing and steadier control. This hitch gives you a full 4" of drop or rise so you can dial in the perfect height for different trailer setups. It’s designed to keep your load balanced and your connection solid every time you hook up.

Swaps Fast When You’re Switching Trailers: Dual Stainless-Steel Balls

When you’re running more than one trailer, changing coupler sizes shouldn't slow you down. The dual-ball setup—2" for lighter hauls and 2-5/16" for heavier ones—flips over fast so you can get moving again. Tight adjustment holes and secure pins keep everything locked in without slop or rattle.

Holds Up Through the Nasty Stuff: Aluminum and Stainless Build

Road salt, mud, and rain can destroy a normal hitch fast. This one fights back with an aluminum shank that resists rust and stainless-steel balls and pins that won’t corrode or gum up. Even after long hauls in rough weather, it stays clean and functional without flaking paint or rust spots.

Simple and Reliable Every Time: Clean Fit With No Extra Hardware

Hooking up should be straightforward, not a chore. The adjustment holes are 5/8", same as the pin hole, for a snug fit with no extra pieces to fuss with. Once pinned in place, it stays tight and ready for the next tow—no tools or tinkering needed.

Video Transcript for Review of BulletProof Hitches Trailer Hitch Ball Mount - Aluminum Adjustable 2 Ball Mount - BPH32YR

Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this BulletProof Hitches Aluminum Adjustable 2-Ball Mount for your two-inch trailer hitch receiver. Now, this aluminum ball mount with dual ball platform is gonna slide into your two-inch receiver. It's gonna let you hook up your trailer to your tow vehicle with the ball providing the connection point for your trailer coupler. Now, this is going to be an excellent choice if you're looking for a durable, flexible, and corrosion-resistant towing solution. This is gonna be great for towing various trailers, including utility trailers, boats, and campers.

And the aluminum and stainless steel construction is going to make this ideal for use in areas that are prone to rust, such as coastal regions, around the lake or river, such places as that. Now, this is going to give you a gross towing weight with the two-inch ball of 10,000 pounds and with the two and five 16-inch ball up to 14,000 pounds. This has a maximum tongue weight of 2,000 pounds. And this features the height adjustment that you're going to need to let you tow trailers of different heights with the same vehicle. This is gonna be great for trucks with the receiver height of 18 to 19 inches measured from level ground to the bottom of your receiver tube.

Now, this is going to give you a maximum drop in this orientation of about four inches, and then when you flip this over, you're gonna get a maximum rise, again, of about four inches. And I just wanna show you briefly how easy this is going to be to get the adjustment or the ball size that you're looking for. So if you notice, that platform is going to slide up and down very easily on the shank. And then I currently have this on the two and five 16-inch ball. And then you can just easily flip this over to give you that two-inch ball.

So that's how easy this is going to be. Plus, this is stowable, and you'll just run this behind the shank and then line up the holes with the pins, and you're not gonna have to worry about banging up your shin or anything like that when you're not towing anything. The ball's gonna be out of your way, so that's a really nice addition. So these pins are stainless steel, so you're not gonna have to worry about rust or corrosion with them. And then the balls themselves are stainless steel as well.

So the stainless steel mixed with the aluminum build of the shank and platform is gonna hold up really well for you, and it's going to continue to look great on the back of your vehicle as well. So, the distance between our vertical adjustment holes on center is gonna be one inch. And the construction is very robust, very solid. This is obviously a lightweight aluminum, and it has a a sleek polished finish that, again, you're not gonna have to worry about this chipping or corroding. And this is machined to an extreme tight tolerance with a precise fit. And let me give you some measurements just so you have a good idea of the size. So measuring from the center of our first hitch pinhole to the center of the ball, we're sitting at about eight inches. You move down to the center of the second hitch pinhole, about 9 1/4 inches. So if you do decide to pick this up, we'd love to hear back from you regarding your experience with getting this set up and using it. You can share your experiences with us by dropping a comment or leaving a review on this product page. And we would also like to see this in some pictures with your towing setup. And if you leave a review, you can actually share some pictures with those reviews as well. But if you do have any other additional questions, don't hesitate to reach back out to us either by phone, email, or chat. We wanna make sure that you're getting exactly what you want and need. Well, that's gonna wrap up our quick look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.

Very solid hitch with great machining finish. High capacity rating is confidence-inspiring for towing heavy loads. Only drawback is when using the security locking pins, it's difficult to have two locking pins inserted due to the spacing of the holes. I'm sure it would be just as "secure" with one security locking pin and one standard clevis pin, but I bought the BulletProof 3-locking pin set with the intent for all pins to be secured via lockset.

Very high quality product. Was getting tired of my steel ball mounts rusting and getting stuck in my hitch.

The cotter pins are cheap looking and are really not secure. Needs some kind of locking pin for safety and security.
