I have 2 kayaks that I want to be carried by my Subaru Forester 2020 with factory rack. What model of carrier would you recommend instead of the J shape model?

Actually, the Malone # MPG107MD SeaWing would work pretty well if your rear crossbar sits where you can get the nose of the kayak guided onto the rear saddle fairly easily so the kayak can be pushed into place. Load straps and bow/stern tie downs are included. Swagman offers an almost identical carrier, # S65145 with a 100 lb per canoe capacity that's actually a bit less expensive so that's the route I'd go.
