I definitely can and the best trailer hitch receiver for your 2017 Subaru Outback (with any engine) is the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76227.
This is the best hitch because it has a concealed crosstube so your Outback can maintain its from-the-factory appearance, has the best ground and bumper clearances, and has capacities of 600 lbs tongue weight/4,000 lbs towing which is as much or more than the other hitches.
