For a 2018 Ram 3500 with the puck system, the absolute cream of the crop as far as fifth wheel hitches goes would be the USA manufactured B&W Companion, part # BWRVK3600. The extremely durable Companion's best features are the 1 inch thick jaw that holds the king pin very tightly for smooth and comfortable ride and the non-binding latch handle that makes it easy to operate the hitch jaws even if you aren't parked on perfectly flat and even terrain. This hitch is the top of the line, but it's not inexpensive.

For a high quality hitch that provides a lot of value for the price, my favorite choice every time is the 20K capacity Curt A20, part # C16044. The hitch features interlocking jaws that hold the king pin at every point around its circumference, for a very secure and smooth ride. The fully articulating torsion dampened head makes hitching on uneven surfaces easier and helps isolate shock and noise from the tow vehicle. In my opinion, the Curt A-Series 5th wheel hitches are the best balance between features and cost that we offer. Take a look at the product reviews on the linked product page, this hitch is very highly rated by our customers, and for good reason.
