Question:

Hello, we have a 2018 Imagine 2600RB with a 3,500 lb Lippert Smart Jack with an 18 inch stroke, which we purchased last year. The plastic cover over the raise and lower buttons is now cracked. How do we go about replacing the cover before we have a jack that will not work? thank you,

The only way to get a new control panel would be to replace your entire Smart Jack with part # LC643589. I reached out to my contact at Lippert who confirmed that the only replacement parts for the jack includes hardware like the pin or the footplate. With this being the case your best option to protect the buttons is a trailer jack cover like part # UF38-944020.

If you'd rather use a different jack then I recommend the Stromberg Carlson # SC63VR because it is rated for 4,500 lbs, features a 23" lift (more than your current jack), and has stops that prevent over extending and breaking the jack. It isn't a smart jack but I believe you would still be happy with it.
