The Advent Air Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Dometic Setup part # ACDOM150 is what you'll want to use to replace a Dometic Duo Therm RV Air Conditioner. The unit will be a direct plug-in-play replacement with the use of the included adapter. It will use the existing wall thermostat and air distribution box.

Hello, I have a duo-therm model 39045.522 basement model what can I replace this with? It keeps telling me ACDOM150 advent air, it’s plug and play, but I cannot find it.

@Mary that AC unit is not available anymore as we determined that the adapter style AC unit solutions don't work consistently enough. If you wanted only replace the top portion of your ACunit you'd need another Dometic DuoTherm but if you'd be open to replacing all of it we can help with a complete unit.
