Hey Leonard,
The Dometic FreshJet 3 RV Air Conditioner # DMC49ZR has an industry standard 6-pin plug (pictured below). The model number you gave us tells us you have a Quick Cool Series 15,000BTU unit but it unfortunately doesn't tell us what style connector you have so you'll need to do a bit of investigation to make sure this is a compatible fit.
The installation instructions I found for this series does show a 6-pin harness so you should be able to remove the cover to your air distribution box and look up and see the control box and the harness hanging down from your current rooftop unit plugged into it.
If you have the same style plug you'd be able to swap over just the rooftop unit and only have to deal with that one harness. The furnace and thermostat wiring would still be connected to the control box and would function the same. Let me know what you find and I can make sure you have everything you need.
