The center section of the B&W Patriot # BWRVK3270 makes contact with the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter # DM6333 handles and so it cannot seat properly in the mounting position.
Currently (May 2020) there are no other base rail adapters that will work so I recommend upgrading to the B&W Companion # BWRVK3775 which mounts directly to your puck system.
The only other way to make this work is for you to swap out the base of your Patriot so it's the stationary version, purchase the adapter rail kit, and also upgrade the pin box on your trailer so that it rotates at the turret like a Sidewinder to ensure you have enough turning clearance. I think we can both agree that upgrading your 5th wheel hitch is much less of a headache.
