Question:
I purchased a trailer hitch and brake controller plus wiring kits for my Titan from etrailer. I am looking for a video that shows the location under the dash to plug in the wiring kit and attach the controller. I got the Prodigy 2 control and kit for a non factory wired truck.

I have attached a brake controller installation video on a Nissan Titan for you to check out. It shows exactly where the brake controller harness will be located under the dash. The truck in the video is a 2008 model, but it will be the same for your 2012 model. I have also attached a photo of the under side of the dash that shows where the harness will be located. The harness will be located underneath and left of the steering column, taped to another harness near the emergency brake pedal. There will be a 6-pin connector that mates with the one on the adapter.
The brake controller itself can be mounted anywhere there is room. A typical mounting location is on the underside of the dash just to the left or right of the driver. I have attached another photo showing a typical mounting location.
I noticed that you also picked up the Hopkins Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring, # N40975, to complete the tow package on your truck. I have attached a video showing how to install the relays to activate the Nissan tow package.
