Can the BandW Companion fifth wheel OEM slider hitch be installed with a bedrug on my 2018 Ford F350 6 3/4 ft bed.

Yes, according to the B&W Companion's installation instructions, you will just need to trim your BedRug bed liner, like # BMQ17SBS around the factory pucks and the gooseneck hole on your truck so that the contact points on the slider base rests directly on the bed itself when mounted.
For your 2018 Ford F-350 Super Duty with the short bed and OEM prep package, the B and W 20K Fifth Wheel Hitch, with Below Bed Rails, part # BWRVK3370 is what you need.
