The Firestone Coil-Rite Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # F4135 are currently the only air spring fit for your 2016 Toyota 4Runner. I've attached the installation video to assist. If you want to add the compressor so you can adjust the pressure for your desired ride comfort, I recommend the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System for Air Helper Springs - Remote - Bluetooth - Single Path # AL25980.
