Rear Air Bag Helper Springs for a 2015 Toyota 4Runner

Question:

I need a set for the rear coils, the rubber twist in kind. The timberlin bumper stops didnt work due to being about 4 inches to short. need something to level out 2015 4runner while pulling loaded trailer...is air bag lift better?

The ideal solution to level a vehicle that is sagging when towing a trailer is weight distribution and not helper springs. I can recommend both but for weight distribution you need to go by the total tongue weight. This is the tongue weight of the trailer when loaded and ready to tow plus the weight of anything carried behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle.

Air bags such as # F4135 for your 2015 Toyota 4Runner are going to offer a better ride and more adjustability than Coil Sumo Springs ever could so between the 2 options I advise you go with the air bags. I have linked a video showing an example installation for you.
