The installation instructions and your video show the airline going up thru the upper coil seat and factory bump stop. However, I am concerned about the line getting pinched and kinked during suspension cycle/articulation. Can the bag be installed upside down, resting on the lower coil seat, with the airline coming out of the bottom? There is already a hole in the lower coil seat and it appears that this is how the Airlift version installs anyway.

I reached out to my tech contact at Firestone, and he said that as long as there is no pinching or crimping of the air line, you can install the Firestone Coil-Rite Air Helper Springs rightside up or upside down. They will function the same as long as they have the lines running without interference.

For simplicity sake you would be better off using a T-union so that you only have to inflate one thing and wouldn't have to worry about equalizing the pressure. For a union all you need is the part #AL21838.
