Recommended Ball Mount for 2" Hitch with 7" Rise
Question:
I need a 2” inch hitch ball mount with a 7” rise. Could you please recommend a couple of different options? This is for a very light kayak trailer that I tow every now and then, so I don’t need anything heavy duty. Thanks.

I have just what you need, the Curt Ball Mount part # C45338 which has a 7" rise and is designed for a 2" trailer hitch. This is a fixed ball mount but we have adjustable options, the Convert-A-Ball Dual-Cushioned, Adjustable Ball Mount part # CAB-UM which has built-in cushioning.
If you go with the Curt Ball Mount, you'll also need the Hitch Ball part # A-90 for 2". If you go with the Convert-A-Ball Dual-Cushioned, Adjustable Ball Mount, you'll need the Convert-A-Ball Interchangeable Ball Set part # 900b.
