Considering swagman s64689 bike rack. I have Big cat Long Beach cruiser electric bike. I can remove the battery which makes the weigh 48 lbs

The Swagman bike rack part # S94FR has a 70 lb per bike capacity so it would easily have enough capacity. It also can fit the deep step through bike frame your Big Cat Long Beach has as well like you can see in the attached picture.
