According to Curt, their # C13282 Class III hitch is a fit for all models of the 2016 - 2020 Lexus RX 450h.
If you'll be using the hitch for towing, you'll need a few other items. For the RX450h, use # HM11141945 for vehicles equipped with the factory tow package, or # 119250KIT for vehicles without the tow package. For a ball mount, use # C45010 and # 19260 for the 1-7/8 or # 63845 for a 2 inch trailer ball. You'll also need a # PC3 hitch pin.
