Will st185/80d13 load range d tires fit the rims that have st 175/80d 13 load range c tires on them.

Yes, both an ST175/80-13 and ST185/80-13 will fit on wheels that are 4-1/2, 5. or 5-1/2 inches wide. The main difference in these 2 sizes is the overall width of the mounted tire and the overall diameter.
175/80-13 will be 6.895 inches wide and have a diameter of 24.1 inches.
185/80-13 will be 7.289 inches wide and have a diameter of 24.4 inches.
