Question:

I need replacement rollers for a 1978 calkins boat trailer. I need two 11 1/2 × 4 and two 7 1/2 × 3 1/2. I am having difficulty finding the right size as I now realize they no longer make caulkins trailers.

I have a couple of solutions but the sizes aren't exactly what you're after. I instead recommend using the CE Smith Deep V Keel Roller Assembly for Boat Trailers part # CE10405G to replace the 11.5" roller you currently have. This will allow for adjusting it to match your boats hull. Use CE Smith U-Bolts part # CE15283GA-2 if your hardware is missing or damaged.

For the 7.5" use the CE Smith Deep V Keel Roller Assembly for Boat Trailers part # CE10403G with the same hardware as mentioned for the 12" roller.

I have linked all of the rollers we have and I would be happy to help pick something possibly more fitting if you had any pictures of what you are trying to do exactly.
