The Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # AL57575 will work well for the aftermarket utility body as long as your 2005 GMC Sierra is a 2500 or 3500 model. It will mount directly to the truck without any issues.
If you are interested in a compressor for the air bags to give you that adjustment convenience I recommend the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System for Air Helper Springs - Remote - Bluetooth - Single Path # AL25980.
