Question:
I have a stock 2018 jeep wrangler JL. I wish to install the above to increase support pulling a 16 foot cargo trailer. I loose 1 and 1/2 to 2 inches in height when the trailer is hooked up. With rear sag. Can spacers be purchased to get more support with this product. I had the same issue on a 2012 HONDA PILOT and it worked great with your products. The question is in the difference. The honda touches the A arm suspension and is progressive with weight in compression. The jeep product appears to be several inches away from the axle and does not engage until significant weight is applied to the trailer hitch. So can I get this product and install spacers to get the contact similar to the Honda design and support I need. If so what combination of spacers to match the vehicle.

For the rear sag on your 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL, I recommend the Timbren Active Off-Road Bumpstops - Rear Suspension - 2,400 lbs # TABSJRJK does not allow for spacers so it won't reduce your sag much.
My recommendation that will allow adjustment to fill the space and reduce sag is the Air Lift AirLift 1000 Air Helper Springs for Coil Springs - Rear # AL60829. If you want the compressor for adjustability at anytime you can use # AL25980.
