The Universal Wiring Harness for Hopkins Multi-Tow Vehicle-End Trailer Connectors - 4' Long # HM40985 will work but you would still need a converter because of how your truck is wired. I recommend using the Vehicle Wiring Harness Kit w/ 4-Pole Trailer Connector and Installation Kit # C59236 and then the kit # ETBC7 to add the 12v power, brake controller output, and reverse light functions.
