I reached out to Dexter and they confirmed that you have a 2,200 lb axle. This means the correct bearing kit you need is part # BK1-150.

We checked with Dexter and P-12 just indicates where the axle was made. With the serial number we could track down more info on your axle. However, in the mean time you could pretty easily get the bearing numbers off of your current bearings and then…

I called Dexter and they told me that your Dexter P-12 SLR SN: D5287869 axle has a 3,000 lb weight capacity. If you need any parts please let me know what they are and I would be happy to offer my recommendation.
