Question:

I have a 2019 Keystone premier 34BPIR. The slam latch doors on the pass-thru doos and the back compartment doors. Do not work. I can not put the key in the latch. I am also having the same problem with the door latch to access the trailer. I know that one is a global link so I think this one is as well. I did not measure the slam-door latch size. I see that you sell two of them. My trailer is 1.5 hours from my home. Can you help me figure out which one I need? I would also like to get them keyed alike when I order the one for the door.

The Global Link Locking Slam Latch # 295-000078 is designed for doors 1-3/4" thick and the # 295-000015 is designed for 1-1/2" thick, so you would need to know how thick your pass thru doors are in order to choose the correct one. With that being said, the photo you provided looks like you've got the # 295-000078 on your 2019 Keystone Premier 34BPIR, so you'll want to use those as your replacements.

For the entry door, the Global Link # 295-000019 fits on doors 1-1/4" to 1-1/2" thick and fits into door cutouts 2-1/2" wide x 3-1/2" tall and up to 3" wide x 4" tall. This is the only style of entry door with locking latch that Global Link offers, so if that's what you've already got on the entry door, this will be the replacement.
