I’m look for a specific rim that goes to my ST 175/80R13 Tire. How can I send you a picture of it. Thank you!

Looking at your picture we have a wheel that's close but I'm not sure it's exact. Directional wheels aren't all that common on trailres but we have part # AM20259 which is a Dexstar steel wheel with a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern. It looks very similar but I'm not sure if it's exact.
The wheel's capacity is 1,360 pounds and it has a 3.19 pilot hole. Those specs might help you match it up to yours as well. It is a 13 inch diameter wheel so it'll fit your 175/80-13 size tires for sure.
