Hey Glen, thanks for reaching out. I do have an option for replacing your brakes, but TDE is out of business so you aren't going to find any direct replacements for the current brake setup. At this point your only option will be a whole new brake kit with rotors, calipers and brake pads. For that I recommend the following:
- DeeMaxx Disc Brake Kit - 10" Hub/Rotor - 5 on 4-1/2 - Maxx Coating - 3,500 lbs # DE66YR
This is a complete brake kit for a 3,500 lb axle. The bearings are the standard # L68149 (1.378" inner diameter) inner bearing and # L44649 (1.063" inner diameter) outer bearing. The rotors are 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern that fit 14" wheels with 1/2" studs so I'd suggest you check and make sure all this matches up with what you have now. Most 3,500 lb axles are standard but since yours is on the older side I'd definitely recommend pulling a hub and checking all that. As long as the bolt pattern and bearing sizes line up, you'll be good to go.

Thanks Jesse for the thorough explanation of my situation and options. Full transparency - I reached out to 3 online trailer retailers. 1 failed to respond at all, 1 tried but the effort was minimal and the best they could do was offer a phone number for Dexter who purchased the TieDown rights and 3rd was your response. It blew the competition away, was fast and accurate. The parts arrived on time and worked perfectly. The video for installation was helpful to ensure no oversights. Could not be happier!
