Just purchased a 2020 Salem Cruise Light, can I purchase the factor installed rear bumper carrier?

Since your 2020 Forest River Salem Cruise Lite Travel Trailer has a rear bumper you'll need to install a bumper mount hitch receiver instead of one that installs directly to the frame. This is simply because anything installed to the frame will sit too far under your trailer for you to utilize the receiver.
For your application I recommend the Curt RV Bumper 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver # E-100 which fits around a 4" x 4" square bumper and easily installs using the the included bolts and nuts.
Once installed you'll be able to utilize hitch accessories like the Yakima LongHaul 4 Bike RV Rack # Y02476.
